I had a wonderful stay here. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel facilities were very well equipped and clean. The location was ideal, providing easy access to nearby towns. The parking was ample and conveniently located. All in all, I had an excellent experience.
All was good.

Sauna was great in terms of temperature but there was not enough room in front of it to put clothes or have a rest. Friendliness of staff was great!
Spa could have been better. Pity the swimming pool was not filled up...

The Innkeeper, Craig, was fabulous, greeting us at the door. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and hot showers. Great spot for barbecuing and outdoor activities. Cheerful and helpful staff, excellent location, and well-supplied room. Pleasant green area and a little pool for a dip. Spacious room and laundry facilities. Friendly staff and walking distance to shops and restaurants.
Nothing not to love.

The ease of it all and the friendly and helpful 'front' man
The only complaint if I had to make one is the pillows but then I've found almost all the pillows in N.Z. very uncomfortable as they are too fat

This hotel is located in close proximity to a national park and major highways. The rooms are spacious, have great laundry facilities, and offer ample parking. The staff is friendly and helpful in assisting with requests. The lush greenery adds to the charm of the location.
The amenities leave much to be desired as there is no sun loungers by the pool, and wi-fi signal is weak.

Ambiance - set in extensive parkand for quiet relaxation, both staff and guests helped to create a friendly environment.

I recently stayed at this fabulous hotel for a night and I must say, it was a great choice. The room I stayed in was spacious and had everything I needed. The kitchen was well-equipped, although I couldn't find a pasta strainer. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the shower was excellent. I particularly loved the fact that they had a playground on the property, which was great for my kids. The location of this place was perfect, as it was very close to the center of "town" and also near the river. It was such a treat to wake up each morning to the beautiful songs of the Tuis. The restaurant served delicious food, but I would also recommend trying the Turangi Bridge Motel for some yummy options.
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Spent Xmas at a hotel near the Tongariro alps, it was just what we needed! The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the room was clean with plenty of hot water. We got two complementary facts, which was a wonderful surprise! The location was perfect, with breathtaking views of the mountains and just a short walk from the trailhead. We also enjoyed the spacious outdoor facilities with a great barbeque area and a pool.
The wifi was a bit patchy in our room, which was inconvenient and frustrating at times. we had dinner at the hotel's restaurant and were somewhat disappointed by the service and the food.

The room was comfortable with a cozy bed and clean showers. The restaurant served amazing food and the staff were really helpful. The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful nature and peaceful surroundings.
The bathroom didn't have a heater, which made it uncomfortable during cold days. The stones between the room and car access were too large which made it a bit challenging.

I had a great stay at a lovely place with spacious grounds and plenty of activities for kids. The staff member I met was friendly and accommodating. Although the room was a bit expensive for one night, there were cheaper options available.
